SALON POLICIES

Please read carefully before booking with one of our stylists. These policies are to ensure all our guests have the best experience when visiting The Gregory. They will be enforced as needed.

LATE/NO-SHOW

Please allow at least 48 hours before canceling or rescheduling your salon appointment. Any later than that can result in no-show charges or late fees before making future appointments.

Less than 24 hours from your appointment can result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled service. Not coming to an appointment or contacting your stylist is considered a no-show and can be subject to a full charge of the appointment.

To ensure you are well-informed about our salon's cancellation policies, we recommend reaching out directly to your stylist for detailed information. They will be happy to clarify any questions you may have and provide you with the most accurate details regarding the cancellation and rescheduling policies.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on services or products.

CHILDREN

We love kids! But for the comfort of our others guests, we can only welcome children under the age of 18 if they have a scheduled appointment with one of our stylists.

HEALTH HISTORY / WELLNESS

For the safety of yourself and all others please stay home if you feel sick or are around anyone else who is sick. We want you and all around you to enjoy your appointment and that means keeping us all safe. Illnesses in our salon can result in canceled appointments and spread to our families, as well as those with comprised immunity.

If you have any health issues that would affect your hair or skin please make sure you discuss them during your consultation with your stylist. This can include allergies, surgery, any medications, hair loss, sunburns, recent life changes, and many more. The more your stylist knows the better they can treat your hair.
